Following the advice from the RCVS, we must now stop all routine work, this includes vaccinations & neutering. We will only be providing emergency care.

🐾 We are at the surgery for emergencies only, with a closed door policy. If you are asked to bring your pet to the surgery, unfortunately you will not be able to accompany your pet during their examination, we will converse via telephone.

🐾 We are currently offering telephone and video consultations if you are worried about your pet, these are chargeable.

🐾 We would like to avoid cash payments wherever possible so please bring you bank card for payment.

🐾 Repeat prescriptions are still being processed; please give us a minimum of 48hrs notice as our deliveries have been reduced from every day to once or twice a week.

🐾 Flea and worming treatments are non-urgent requests; we now have postal service to reduce the need for unnecessary travel at this time.

🐾 Please ring us before making a journey down to collect medication, to ensure it is ready to collect.
Once you have arrived, please knock the door and wait for a member of staff.
We will ask you to stand 2 meters away from the front door in order for us to leave the medication on the doorstep. If there are other people outside please continue with the 2-meter rule.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding at this difficult time.
We must prioritise safety of the staff and the public.
